The November 2026 Visa Bulletin is live! 🇺🇸

The EB-3 Other Worker line moved forward 5 months for most countries. The worldwide date is now June 1, 2022, up from January 1, 2022 in October.

How to read the chart: your priority date is your place in line. When your priority date comes before the date listed for your country, your case can move to the final step.

If you are in the program with US Direct Hire, our case team is tracking your line for you. When something changes that affects your case, you will hear about it from our team.

What happens during a USDH screening interview? After submitting your USDH application, you meet with our Client Services team. We get to know your background, your goals, why you want to pursue U.S. permanent residency and the roles that interest you. It’s also time for your questions.

If you decide to move forward, we send a service agreement and an invoice for the $500 engagement fee. Once we receive your signed agreement and payment, we help you prepare for the employer interview.
