A regular w**e tasting is great. But if you want to know more about what’s in your glass, how it’s made, and what to pair with it, this one goes a little deeper.

Join owner and w**emaker Brent Kumfer for an intimate w**ery tour and guided tasting on Friday, October 23 from 6:30 to 8pm. You’ll get a behind the scenes look at how our w**es are made, then settle in for three w**es paired with a charcuterie plate while Brent walks you through the basics of tasting and food pairing. We all know the story of Johnny Appleseed. But here’s the part that often gets left out: many of the apples he planted weren’t necessarily meant for eating. Because he planted apples from seed, the resulting fruit could vary widely. Some were tart and tannic, making them better suited for c***r than a snack.

Turns out, there’s a little more c***r history behind Johnny Appleseed than we learned in school.
