As Hispanic Heritage Month comes to a close, we’re grateful for the opportunity to celebrate the people, perspectives, and experiences that make ProTrans stronger.

Throughout the month, our Employee Spotlight series has given us a chance to recognize Hispanic and Latino colleagues across our organization and share a little of what they bring to our team.

We’re closing the series with Sergio Bernal, an HRBP in Laredo, TX. For Sergio, ProTrans’ core value of Empowerment comes down to something simple but meaningful: being approachable, making sure people feel heard, and helping them grow.

Last week, our team had the opportunity to participate in BMW Carrier Day in San Luis Potosí, connecting with customers, carriers, and partners from across the supply chain.

Events like these are a great reminder that logistics is built on relationships. Technology, processes, and transportation networks are all important, but strong partnerships and meaningful conversations are what keep supply chains moving forward.

The group photo is a great representation of what it takes to deliver results every day: collaboration between our teams and trusted carrier partners. Bringing together representatives from transportation, procurement, operations, expedite services, and several of our nominated and award-winning carriers, it reflects the teamwork, communication, and shared commitment that help make events like this successful.
