MOVE-IN DAY: COMPLETE! ❤️🎓🏠

Whew…WE MADE IT! 😂

Today was officially Move-In Day for Marrina at Ball State! 🥹❤️ And when I tell y’all we were a sweaty, HOT, tired mess by the end of it…I mean ALL of the above. 🤣

No A/C in her building.
Third-floor room.
August heat. 🥵
And apparently, WE were the air-conditioning system. 😂😂

But the bags are upstairs, the room is coming together, and my baby girl is officially on her way! 🎓❤️

And the emotions are hitting a little harder because this family is having a BIG weekend of transitions.

Yesterday, her big brother moved into his first official home 🏠🙌🏾, and today, we moved Marrina into college. The sweetest part? They’re literally right across the street from each other. 🥹 So while they’re both stepping into their own independence, they still have each other close by. ❤️

As a mama, I don’t know whether to celebrate, cry, sleep for 14 hours, or do all three. 😂

Two babies launched. 🚀🚀
ONE 10-year-old little boy left at home. 😅😂

And trust me…I am in absolutely NO rush with that one!

Watch out world, he’s ready to tackle this school year with the same MVP energy he brings to the field. It’s a massive week for our family, cheering him on today and packing his sister up for college this Sunday! 😩

Every paying client is not automatically a profitable client.

A client may look valuable on paper—but after repeated revisions, delayed approvals, unpaid add-ons, excessive communication, and payment problems, the engagement may be costing your business more than it earns.

Before accepting the next opportunity, ask:

✅ Is the scope clear?
✅ Can this client respect the process?
✅ Does the price reflect the actual workload?
✅ Are payment and communication expectations documented?

Revenue matters—but so do capacity, boundaries, and profit.
