It's all in the details! Between removing old patio, raising grade over a foot, adding to preexisting retaining wall, sealing with pool chemical resistant sealer, aggressive slope to keep pool chemicals washed off with rains and keep water away from retaining wall/pool gap, bullnose coping around pool side, and two custom pieces. We had the incredible honor of creating an engraved memorial piece around a very sentimental tree.
