Moore Organized Living, LLC Expert in decluttering homes, optimizing spaces, and streamlining family life. Hi! I'm Meredith Moore. It's so nice to meet you! I would love to share this joy.

I have a passion for structured spaces and the concept of having a polished and efficient home. My husband and two young boys are my first loves but creating a sleek, organized and functioning space is a very close second. I was a stay at home mom, until I decided to take a leap after contemplating about starting my own business in professional organizing after 10+ years. I have always loved the s

tructure and peace of mind it gives me. I received a certificate of professional organizing by IAP Career College. I am a member of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing (NAPO). Organizing is more than just how a space looks. It is about how it functions as a whole. Having a "Pinterest" perfect house is esthetically pleasing to look at, but are the items you use often in a convenient location? Do you know what food is in your pantry so you don't waste your money by purchasing the item again? Being organized can save you time and money when done correctly. I specialize in organizing every space within a home, downsizing, moving into a new space and family management. I help make the process simple and easy. I enjoy thinking of every detail on how a space can better function specifically for my customer. The process:

>Get a FREE walk through of your space. We will talk about your goals, then my ideas on how I can help you improve the function of your home.
> I will then email you a quote. Once you approve the quote, I will give you a check list of things to do before I come into work on the space. Example- Pantry- please have just gone grocery shopping, so I can properly make space in your pantry when its food is at its max. While at your house I will provide recommendations to help you maintain your new organized space.
>After two weeks of living with your new space. I will follow up with you on how the new space is functioning. If the space needs to be modified, I will come back at no cost to make the small changes. I want the space to work perfectly for each individual. Call/text/email me for more information. I would love to hear from you!

Another car full of donations and trash, and this room is officially complete! 🄰

It feels so good to see the difference. Less stuff, more space, and a room that can finally be enjoyed! ā¤ļø

✨ Phase 1 is complete! ✨

This guest/grandkids’ bedroom was ready for a fresh start. The closet had become a catch-all storage space, so we started by sorting through everything and letting go of what was no longer needed.

And the best part? šŸš— An entire carload left the house!

One space at a time, we’re creating a room that feels welcoming, functional, and ready for guests and grandkids. ā¤ļø

Phase 1 āœ”ļø Let’s keep going!

✨ A Little Reintroduction! ✨

Hi! I’m Meredith Moore, the owner of my professional organizing business—and if you’re new here, I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself!

I’ve had the opportunity to help families create more organized, functional homes for almost 3 years now, and I truly love what I do. ā¤ļø

I’m a wife and mom to two boys, and after being a stay-at-home mom for 6+ years, I decided to take a leap and turn my passion for organization into a business. I’ve always loved the structure, calm, and peace of mind that an organized space can bring, and I wanted to share that with others.

I’m a Certified Professional Organizer through IAP Career College and a member of the National Association of Productivity & Organizing (NAPO).

But here’s what I believe: organization isn’t just about making a space look pretty. It’s about making your home function better for YOU.

Can you find what you need?
Are the things you use most in convenient places?
Do you know what you already have so you aren’t buying it twice?
Does your home make your life easier—or harder?

Whether you need help with one room, your entire home, downsizing, moving, or family management, my goal is to make the process simple and stress-free.

I love looking at a space and thinking through every little detail to figure out how it can work better for the people who live there. ✨

So, if you’re new here—welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. And if you’ve been following along for a while, thank you for supporting my small business! ā¤ļø

I’d love to help you create a space that feels organized, functional, and easier to live in.

Can you be too organized? It sounds impossible—but it actually can be.

Organization should make life simpler: being able to find things quickly, avoid repurchasing what you already own, and clean up without it taking forever.

It’s not about endless labels, storage bins, pretty baskets, or color-coding systems that start to feel like a second job.

The goal is to make life easier, not to create more tasks you don’t enjoy.

šŸŽ Back-to-school organizing tip!

Before you head out shopping, have your kids try on everything they already own. Donate clothes that no longer fit and get rid of anything with holes or stains.

Once you bring home the new clothes, take a few minutes to remove all the tags before putting them away. Not only will you save time on busy school mornings, but you’ll also avoid kids getting impatient and ripping the tags out themselves—which can leave little holes or even ruin a brand-new shirt.

A few minutes of prep now can save you time, money, and morning stress later. Think one step ahead and make back-to-school mornings a little easier! šŸŽ’šŸ‘•

Ever find yourself organizing the spare sheets instead of vacuuming, or color-coding a drawer while the dishes are still waiting? šŸ˜…

That doesn’t always mean you’re lazy—it can be a sign of executive functioning challenges. Executive functioning is your brain’s ā€œmanagement systemā€ that helps you prioritize, plan, start tasks, and stay focused on what matters most.

Sometimes our brains choose the task that feels easier, more interesting, or more rewarding instead of the one that’s actually the highest priority.

If this sounds familiar, you’re definitely not alone! One simple trick is to pick your top 3 priorities before you start and commit to finishing those first. Everything else can wait.

Does anyone else catch themselves doing the ā€œwrongā€ productive task? šŸ™‹ā€ā™€ļø

šŸ“š School starts soon! Get prepared for the mountain of schoolwork that’s about to come home.

Here’s a simple system that keeps the clutter under control:

šŸ– Daily: Go through the papers that come home. Keep your favorites and toss the rest. Store the special ones in a small bin.

šŸŽ“ At the end of the school year: Revisit that bin, choose the very best memories, and place them in a keepsake memory bin. Organize it by grade so you can easily look back on each school year.

A few minutes throughout the year can save you from overflowing counters, stuffed backpacks, and piles of paper—while preserving the memories that matter most. ā¤ļø

šŸš—šŸŽ Road Trip Hack for Kids! šŸŽšŸš—

Going on a trip with kids and already hearing ā€œAre we there yet?ā€ or ā€œHow many more minutes?ā€ šŸ˜…

Make the drive part of the fun!

šŸŽ Have your kids open a small surprise gift every hour (or whatever time frame works for your trip).

Ideas:
🧸 Car-friendly toys
šŸæ Favorite snacks
šŸ¬ A special candy treat
🚫 Skip slime, messy toys, or anything that can create a disaster in the backseat!

šŸ‘§šŸ‘¦ Have multiple kids?
šŸ”¢ Number the gifts
🌈 Color-code them for each child

Want to make it even more exciting?
šŸŽ‰ Let each kid take turns choosing a number to see which surprise they get next!

A little planning can turn hours of ā€œHow much longer?ā€ into hours of fun memories. ā¤ļøšŸš™
