This is one of my favorite parts of the job. Getting hands-on in the production area and personally mixing our Elite Hair Care formulations never gets old. There’s something so rewarding about working with the raw ingredients, developing new formulas, and bringing products to life from the ground up.

The production floor is truly my happy place. Whether I’m blending ingredients, fine-tuning formulations, or preparing new products for launch, this is where creativity meets science. Right now, we’re hard at work on our new and improved Mend It Smooth & Seal Collection, and I couldn’t be more excited about what’s coming next.

Every bottle starts with a vision, and seeing that vision come to life is one of the most fulfilling parts of what I do.

Sometimes I just sit back and think about how far we’ve come with Elite Hair Care. We literally started this brand in a bedroom smaller than 80 square feet with a funnel, two hands, and a whole lot of faith. So when people ask me why I’m so hands-on with everything, this is why.

As we’re getting ready for the sneak peek launch of our newly improved Mend It Smooth & Seal Collection, I’ve been reflecting on the parts of the business people don’t always see. A lot of people don’t realize that we manufacture and distribute all of our products ourselves right here in Apopka, Florida. Nothing is third-party made, and every single product is made right here in the USA.

Now one thing we don’t currently do in-house is print our own labels. And honestly, that’s because I’m extremely picky about quality. I know exactly how I want our labels to look and feel, and I feel like that requires a very specific level of equipment to do it the way I envision it. But one thing about me… I’ll never say never.

If you would’ve told me years ago that the little brand I started in a tiny room would one day be preparing to go into major retailers, I probably would’ve cried laughing. But here we are. So I’ve learned to never put limits on what’s possible.

I’m really excited for you all to see this new and improved collection because we put so much love into it.
