Burnt Barrel is looking for a food partner.

We’re seeking an established food vendor to operate the kitchen inside our Lake St. Louis taproom.

This opportunity is best suited for a proven operator with an existing concept, established systems, and a successful track record. We could see this being a great fit for a food truck looking to add a permanent location, an existing restaurant concept looking to expand, or a brewery-style food window operation.

What we’re looking for:

• An interesting, well-executed menu that complements the Burnt Barrel experience
• A concept that can thrive in a smaller kitchen environment
• An operator with demonstrated experience running a successful food business
• A long-term partner focused on consistency, quality, and hospitality

A few important details:

• The kitchen has limited space and limited electrical capacity. Concepts that can operate efficiently within those constraints will be the best fit.
• All food offerings and future menu changes will require approval to ensure alignment with the Burnt Barrel brand and guest experience.
• The food business will operate independently from Burnt Barrel.
• Vendor must maintain all required licenses, permits, insurance, health department approvals, and point-of-sale systems.
• All food sales will be processed directly by the vendor.
• Vendor staff must meet Burnt Barrel’s standards for professionalism, hospitality, and guest experience.

Required operating hours:

Thursday: 4pm–10pm
Friday: 2pm–10pm
Saturday: 2pm–10pm
Sunday: 12pm–6pm
