We received a service call for an 8-year-old microwave oven that had completely lost power.

Our technician diagnosed the unit and found that the main noise control power board fuse had blown, preventing the microwave from operating.

We safely disconnected power, carefully accessed the microwave by removing the necessary components, and replaced the failed fuse with a new one. The unit was then fully reassembled and powered back on.

Dryer Repair: Loud Noise & Worn Components

This 2007 dryer was making a very loud, abnormal noise caused by normal wear and tear. The drum support components had become significantly worn, affecting the drum’s alignment and operation.

Our technician returned and replaced the rear drum shaft, pulley, and belt drive, restoring proper drum alignment and smooth operation.

✅ Dryer tested after repair
✅ Abnormal noise resolved
✅ Unit operating properly

We also recommended a professional dryer vent cleaning from the dryer connection all the way to the exterior termination to remove lint buildup and help maintain proper airflow.

Kenmore Electric Dryer Repair Completed!

This Kenmore dryer stopped tumbling because the drum drive belt had broken.

Our technician replaced the broken belt and thoroughly vacuumed the dryer interior, removing built-up lint and debris. After the repair, we tested the unit and confirmed that it was heating and tumbling properly again.

But there was another important finding during the service…….
