Authentic Appliance was honored to take part in our latest initiative, Warmies for Hope & Healing. In partnership with Destination Hope and Smile Together, we sponsored a Warmies® therapeutic stuffed animal for a child in the hospital, because we truly believe even the smallest gesture can bring the greatest comfort.

Each Warmies® isn’t just a gift. It’s a warm hug on a hard day. A quiet reminder to a brave child that they are never alone. A symbol to families that an entire community is standing beside them, cheering them on and holding hope in their hearts.

I can not tell you enough how amazing the Cafe toaster oven is (cooked a medium frozen box pizza in half the time and cooked it perfect all the way around), beats any air fryer we have ever owned.

This was only possible to make happen for 60 kids in just one week because of the generous hearts of our customers, family, friends and donations from Casa Amazona, Brooke's Garage Doors & Painting and Minuteman Press Lancaster. It was just absolutely amazing seeing people walk in with bags and boxes of toys and clothes and Amazon boxes just showing up with surprises inside, just absolutely amazing to see the generosity and love that everyone showed in helping to serve our children in our community! Jeff and I thank everyone so much for making this a huge success. What a way to end 2025!

Thank you to Authentic Appliance LLC for your generous holiday support in adopting 25 families within our homeless and domestic violence programs. We truly appreciate your compassion, dedication, and commitment to giving back to our community and supporting those in need.

UPDATE! All of the 60 children have received their gifts because of all of our amazing, family, friends, customers, Brooke's Garage Doors & Painting, Casa Amazona and Minuteman Press Lancaster generous donations and shopping to make this happen in just one week! Thank you to everyone that helped make this possible this Christmas! What a way to end 2025, just amazing!

We have partnered with Valley Oasis to help 53 children that are still in need of gifts this year for Christmas as all the other toy drives do not pour over to the kids at the shelter. If you are interested in getting an Angel, please stop in the store and pick one out or contact us to text the Angel to you. You may also drop off any new toys, clothes or gift cards to us and we will pair with a child in need off the list or give you a few items that are needed!

Super exciting news we have been waiting to share! We were selected as City of Lancaster's Business of the month for October! Very honored to be recognized by the city and the OpenRewards program. We are so grateful for all of our wonderful customers and our community for your continued support and making this happen! We love our community and will continue to give back when and where we can and continue to give the best service and experience we can for our customers!
