So great to hear about revitalization of the downtown of our neighbors to the north. Can't wait to see this come together.

Big opportunities rarely show up all at once — they come from small, consistent actions that build momentum over time.
One introduction.
One follow‑up message.
One moment of encouragement.
One meeting where you show up even if you’re busy.
Those small steps create the kind of momentum that leads to real partnerships.
Inside GRO Networking, we focus on simple, repeatable actions that strengthen relationships week after week — because momentum is built, not stumbled into.
This week’s challenge:
Take one small networking action today.
Send a thank‑you message, share a resource, or reconnect with someone you appreciate.
👉 What small step are you taking this week?

Networking success doesn’t come from one great conversation.
It comes from showing up consistently.
Trust is built when people see you:
• Week after week
• In good seasons and slow ones
• Giving value even when there’s no immediate return
At GRO Networking, consistency is the foundation.
That’s why our members don’t just meet once — they grow together over time.
This week’s challenge:
Reach out to one connection you haven’t spoken to recently and check in — no pitch, just a real conversation.
👉 Who’s one relationship you want to strengthen this week?

Great to see our community partner Lapeer Development Corporation touting a platform connected to our member, Spencer Ferrell. Amazing things happening in Lapeer.
