Each year, our annual conference brings together instructors and employees from across our programs to prepare for the upcoming school year, strengthen their skills, share ideas, and get ready to support our students and communities.

XP Synergy was proud to sponsor the annual St. Helena Parish Schools Stakeholder Appreciation Luncheon, where our Director of Communications, Rod Washington, encouraged everyone in attendance to continue planting seeds of purpose and watering them with passion. A prime example was the ribbon cutting for their new Literacy Learning Lab.

Because when educators, families, and community partners work together, growth is inevitable. Salute to Supt. Dr. Kelli Joseph, the St. Helena Parish School Board, the administration, faculty, and staff at their schools – in addition to the numerous community partners who support the educational efforts that shape the future of learners within the district.

Looking for a rewarding opportunity where you can make a real impact? Join our team and help students build confidence, learn essential driving skills, and stay safe on the road.

We’re currently hiring both full-time weekday and part-time weekend Driving Instructors. This role is perfect for someone who is patient, dependable, and passionate about teaching. You’ll work directly with students in both classroom and behind-the-wheel settings, guiding them through everything from basic vehicle operation to real-world driving situations.

If you have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and strong communication skills, we want to hear from you. Experience working with youth or diverse populations is a plus.

Pay starts at $18 per hour. This is a 1099 contractor position with flexible scheduling, including weekend availability.
