Come hear our Sheila Ledesma as our featured speaker this week on things she has learned over her 22 year career in the mortgage and lending field.

She will be sharing expertise on the mortgage process, loan types, and industry trends. She will share her passion about making home ownership achievable for all and she finds inspiration in working with the community.

From first-time home buyers to seasoned investors, Sheila enjoys guiding customers through the process, viewing each home purchase as a financial milestone.

Beyond her professional role, she actively volunteers in financial literacy programs, real estate associations, community food drives, and charitable causes. "As a mortgage originator, I believe in empowering individuals to achieve their dream of homeownership while making a positive impact in the community."

🎳🐾 PINS FOR PAWS RECAP: We Came. We Bowled. We (Mostly) Missed. 🐾🎳

On March 9th, the BNI Strategic Alliance Chapter traded referrals for bowling shoes and descended on the Gold Coast Hotel & Casino Bowling Center for our first charity event of 2026 — Pins for Paws!

And let's just say… the pets of Las Vegas have never been safer, because EVERY gutter ball was a donation. 😂

🏆 The good news? Every single strike, spare, and enthusiastic gutter ball raised money for animals in need.

🎳 The better news? Some of us are significantly better at generating referrals than knocking down pins.

🐶 The BEST news? The fur babies don't care about your score — they just care that you showed up!

Between the laughter, the friendly trash talk, and a few suspiciously dramatic victory dances, our chapter proved that Givers Gain extends well beyond the boardroom — all the way to lane 12.

A HUGE thank you to every member, guest, and brave soul who laced up those rental shoes and bowled for a cause bigger than a perfect game. 💪❤️
