What a great event!! Thank you .drawntolife .orlando for a wonderful experiential event.

did you know that you can do very cool behind the scene tours at cirque’s drawn to life located ?? And then go see the show and see all the fun facts and details that you learned about come to life? And apparently this isn’t a secret to many, but it was new to us, .orlando has some of the best sushi on Disney property!!!! No joke. But they also partner with and can do fun joint events as well.

This is a low effort, high reward unique event pairing that your participants will love!

Thank you and for a fun educational event. I’ve been remiss in being active with local events and yesterday was a great reminder why they are important. Nice job combining education, CSR, and fun! in orlando did a great job. Speakers Barry Jacobson and panel discussion on last minute pivots were engaging. Florals by were gorgeous. Building bags of food treats for kids suffering after multiple hurricanes came through their area was imoirtant and a great cause thank you and for letting the community help make a difference. And the super fun create your own hat activity was a hit.

Here in participating in the Smart Women Summit I will share more but women in the meeting industry, there is something fundamental really about being in a group of amazing women supporting and celebrating one another. Be here next year!

As we wrap up Women's History Month, we're going back a bit to where we started the month, with a shout out to Smart Meetings and their Women in Meetings Awards. Taking just a moment to recognize two women that stand out at that company. One who started it all and is sadly no longer with us, and one who continues to trail blaze the path, Marin Bright and JT Long. There are many other women at Smart Meetings also worthy of recognition so today we say THANK YOU for all you do to propel the meeting and event industry forward and to specifically elevate women in the industry! Thank You!

Marin Bright was the visionary and creator of Smart Meetings and the Women in Meetings awards, she sadly passed just a month or so before the unveiling of 2024 awards. JT has served and continues to serve as VP and Content Director, and in many ways is the face and voice that keeps elevating that vision and purpose as well as adding her own perspectives and creativity. When you eat at Jersey Mike's on March 27, they will be donating to selected local charities. Here in Central Florida, those proceeds will go to the amazing Cannonball Kids' cancer . Who funds pediatric cancer research so that kids have a fighting chance against cancer and treatments that don't leave them with devastating complications.
