Just love ZARVAN Gazelle Dasti , "ZARVAN is a 23 foot interactive artwork at urban scale, inspired by ZARVAN, the ancient Persian embodiment of boundless time. Translating one of the most profound concepts in Persian cosmology into the language of contemporary public art, the work brings together sculpture, engineering, light, sound, and human interaction as a unified living system. Its illuminated crown responds to human presence, acoustic speaking tubes embedded within the ears enable direct communication between participants, and periscopes aligned with the eyes allow visitors to experience the surrounding environment from the perspective of the work itself. Drawing from the geometric language of Persian carpet motifs and forms inspired by stained glass, ZARVAN creates a bridge between cultural heritage and future facing design. More than a monument, ZARVAN is a platform for collective experience, creating moments of wonder, reflection, and human connection in public space.
زَروان یک اثر تعاملیِ مفهومی در مقیاس شهری به ارتفاع ۷متر است که از زَروان، ایزد باستانیِ زمانِ بیکران در کیهانشناسی ایرانی، الهام گرفته شده است. این اثر یکی از عمیقترین مفاهیم فلسفی و اسطورهای فرهنگ ایران را به زبانی معاصر ترجمه میکند و مجسمهسازی، مهندسی، نور، صدا و مشارکت انسانی را در قالب یک ساختار زنده و تجربهمحور در هم میآمیزد. تاج نورانی آن به حضور انسان واکنش نشان میدهد، لولههای آکوستیک تعبیهشده در گوشها امکان گفتوگوی مستقیم میان افراد را فراهم میکنند، و پریسکوپهای جایگرفته در چشمها به مخاطبان اجازه میدهند جهان پیرامون را از منظر خودِ اثر تجربه کنند. زَروان با بهرهگیری از هندسهی نقوش فرش ایرانی و فرمهایی الهامگرفته از شیشههای رنگین، پلی میان حافظهی فرهنگی و طراحیِ آیندهنگر میسازد. این اثر صرفاً یک سازه یا شیء دیداری نیست، بلکه بستری برای تجربهای مشترک است که در فضای عمومی، لحظاتی از مکث، شگفتی، تأمل و پیوند انسانی خلق میکند."
