From complex mixtures to purified protein.

The Fast Protein Liquid Chromatography (FPLC) system is a critical tool in protein purification, allowing researchers to separate and isolate specific proteins from complex biological mixtures.

Through a series of carefully formulated buffer washes, unwanted components are removed while the target protein is progressively purified. Multiple purification runs can be performed to obtain the high-purity protein required for downstream research and analysis.

Meet the man behind the mission: Dan Montano, Chief Executive Officer of Zhittya Genesis Medicine.

Before biotech, Dan spent his career on Wall Street as an investment banker, leading the IPOs of more than 100 companies. In 1998, he made a different choice, stepping away from that world to devote himself fully to biotechnology.

That decision became the foundation of everything Zhittya is today. For over two decades, Dan has guided our mission: using FGF-1 to restore blood flow and give the body's own repair systems a chance to work, across Parkinson's, diabetes, chronic wounds, and more.

Today, we're celebrating Dan and the vision that started it all.

Al has been part of our FGF-1 research for six months. His brain imaging revealed a 21% increase in blood flow to the dopamine-producing region of the brain, and his family is seeing this reflected in his daily life.
