Today was my last training in Vegas before I leave was a little emotional because of the amount of love sweat and tears I’ve put in here in Vegas this sandpit was a corner stone to alot even for myself when I was in high school, I’m going to miss every moment I spend in Vegas and everyone I got the opportunity to meet and train.

But remember it’s not goodbye it’s time to ramp things up (all Vegas athletes get ready for something cause I’m about to change the game watch your DMs)

As I’m sitting here packing and realizing I only have a week and a half left in Vegas I’ve sat here and really thought about what a incredible journey I’ve gotten to have here in Vegas and the amazing athletes (and a few coaches) I’ve gotten to grow and learn from that made me a better person and coach I think I learned more from my athletes then they have me and I’m truly thankful for that . Thank you to every athlete that trusted me with your goals and your dreams, thank you for believing in me when you had no reason to I didn’t just build sinful speed WE built sinful speed, we’re not done yet but I just wanted to stop to say,

So all that just to find out you were wasting everybody time sometimes you just need to accept accountability 😪🤦🏾‍♂️. Lessons can be learned from everyone’s situations good or bad.
