🍷 MEET THE RIDGE WINERY! 🍇

We’re excited to welcome The Ridge Winery back home to the 2026 Swiss Wine Festival!

The Ridge Winery has deep roots in Switzerland County. Founded by Thomas “Uncle Tommy” and Mary Jane “Aunt Jane” Demaree, the winery began in 1990 after Tommy spent 26 years working in the distilling industry in Lawrenceburg. Their passion helped bring winemaking back to its historic home in Switzerland County.

Today, The Ridge continues that family tradition under new owners Derek and Nancy Scudder, producing a variety of award-winning wines. And their connection to Vevay runs deep — they even offer a wine named “Swiss Wine Festival,” a full-bodied Syrah named in honor of the festival! 🍷

📍 The Ridge Winery now also has a tasting room in downtown Lawrenceburg, making it easy for wine lovers throughout Southeast Indiana to discover their wines.
