We have been made aware of a current scam tactic targeting Taste of Wilson County vendors in our area.

Please be cautious and do not respond to anyone outside of the Lebanon Wilson County Chamber of Commerce who reaches out offering or requesting a promotional code for Taste of Wilson County. If you receive a suspicious message, please do not click any links or provide payment or personal information.

🌶️🥣 Bring Your Best Chili or Soup to the Annual Chili & Soup Cook-Off at Taste of Wilson County!

Think you have the winning recipe? Enter your best chili or soup and compete for bragging rights at one of our favorite Taste of Wilson County traditions!

💰 Entry is just $25 and includes your cook-off entry and a VIP wristband to the Taste of Wilson County!

📋 A few things to know:
• Entries may be brought in containers but must be kept warm in a crockpot or warming pan.
• Before judging begins, designated servers will prepare small samples of each entry for the judges.
• Entries will be judged on presentation, flavor, and smell, with each category receiving a score from 1–5, with 5 being the best.
• After judging, you'll have the opportunity to serve samples of your chili or soup to up to 500 event guests!
• Bring your own serving utensils and any desired toppings.

Tasting bowls and spoons will be provided.

Come ready to share your favorite recipe, compete with fellow cooks, and let the community taste what you've got! 🌶️🏆

Thanks to the support of our community through Taste of Wilson County, impactful programs like this are becoming a reality in our schools.

In December, educator Phillip Lichlyter was named a recipient of the Teacher Grant Extra Mile Educator Program. With funding made possible by Taste of Wilson County, Lebanon High School is launching an exciting new robotics club.

Proceeds from Taste of Wilson County directly fund these annual grants, helping bring innovative, hands-on learning opportunities into the classroom and making a lasting difference for both teachers and students.
