Last Thursday, we had the pleasure of welcoming Illinois State Senator Ram Villivalam to our office.

During his visit, State Senator Ram Villivalam met with our President, Tiglat Issabey, to learn more about the services we provide and the work we do to support seniors, families, and communities across Illinois.

We were also honored to give him a tour of Lidu Academy, our soon-to-open child development center. It was a wonderful opportunity to share our vision for creating spaces where people of all ages can learn, grow, and thrive.

Thank you, Senator Villivalam, for taking the time to visit and learn more about our mission. We look forward to continuing to serve our communities together.

Yesterday, we came together to celebrate Assyrian New Year 6776, and it was truly special.

There’s a different kind of feeling when you’re surrounded by your community, sharing traditions, food, and moments that remind you where you come from.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and made the day so meaningful. And a special thank you to our team members who put so much heart behind the scenes into creating such a beautiful celebration.
