Two weeks to go!

Before you head to Little Falls, take a few minutes to finish the last details on your Service Summit checklist!

The 4th Annual DJ Products Service Summit takes place September 16-17 at our facility in Little Falls, Minnesota.

What service question are you bringing to the Summit?

POV: Your promotion came with a remote.

Watch the TrailerCaddy 15K Remote Steer move a connected trailer from multiple angles while the operator controls the move from the handheld remote.

For frequent short trailer moves, this can help keep trucks available for truck work and give the operator a clear view while walking with the load.

Have an application you would like us to review?

Check the link in the comment section and send DJ Products your trailer, hitch, route, surface, grade, and move details.

Rated capacity gets attention. The hangar exit shows the control.

This 30-second clip follows one operator using the AircraftCaddy 15K to guide a connected aircraft out of the hangar.

The value is in the complete move: steady travel, a practical walk-behind operating position, and a clear view of the aircraft as it passes through the doorway.

The AircraftCaddy 15K is battery-powered and designed for aircraft up to 15,000 lbs. The right configuration still depends on the aircraft, nose gear setup, surface, route, clearances, and frequency of use.

Send DJ Products your aircraft and move details to review the application.

He traveled from California with limited product knowledge. He left ready to diagnose and repair with confidence.

At last year’s DJ Products Service Summit, James Duffy of Rivian Automotive received focused, unit-specific training, valuable hands-on experience, and direct support from a team he described as knowledgeable, passionate, accommodating, and helpful.

His final verdict?

“It was well worth the trip.”

That is exactly what the Service Summit is built for: real equipment, practical troubleshooting, direct access to product experts, and knowledge attendees can immediately bring back to their operation.

Bring your questions. Get hands-on. Leave with more confidence.

Every hands-on training event starts with the right space.

Here is an early look at the DJ Products shop floor before it is transformed into training cells for the 4th Annual Service Summit.

Over the coming weeks, these areas will be prepared for live demonstrations, preventive maintenance training, troubleshooting exercises, component replacement and real-world service scenarios.

This is only the beginning. Next comes the buildout.

Follow along as the shop floor transforms into two days of practical, technician-focused training.

What behind-the-scenes part of the setup should we show next?

Your operator should not have to guess what is happening on the far side of the trailer.

The TrailerCaddy 15K Remote Steer lets the operator walk with the load and control the move from a position that gives them a better view of corners, dock doors, nearby equipment, and final placement. Proportional wireless control and 0 to 2 mph forward and reverse travel help make tight positioning more deliberate.

Available in 36V and 48V configurations, the 15K Remote Steer can be equipped with handheld, belly box, or combination transmitter options to fit the application and operator workflow.

Less than $20 in parts. About a week with the unit down.

One customer’s unit needed new handlebar bushings. The parts were inexpensive. The downtime was not.

Small wear items are easy to overlook, especially when the unit still seems to be operating. But a loose handlebar, weak battery, worn tire, damaged connection, or unusual noise can quickly interrupt the job when equipment demand increases.

Our equipment maintenance checklist gives your team a practical place to start before busy season.

Check the unit. Document what has changed. Address small problems before they become larger repairs.

When workloads increase, small equipment issues can quickly become operational downtime. Use this equipment maintenance checklist to review batteries, tires, controls, steering, attachments, wiring, hydraulics, and common wear items before busy season begins.

Getting the aircraft moving is only half the job. The last few feet into the hangar can demand the most control.

Nose-gear fit, surrounding clearance, turning room, floor surface, and the connection point all affect whether a tug fits the aircraft and the move.

The AircraftCaddy 15K Magic Arm combines a power-loading Magic Arm with variable-speed forward and reverse control to help one operator move and position aircraft weighing up to 15,000 lbs.

Before selecting an aircraft tug, send DJ Products your aircraft model, loaded weight, nose-gear photos, hangar dimensions, route, and surface conditions. Our team will help determine the right AircraftCaddy configuration for the job.
