On most of our projects, we only have contact with the homeowner a handful of times. This pond project is completely different. Travis the owner wanted to run the dozer and level out the spoil pile so we let him have it. He's doing a fantastic job and speeding up production.

Well, we started doing something a little bit different. Usually we're ripping down trees or stacking rocks. Yesterday we started on our pond project far from finished long ways to go all said and done. It'll be an acre and a half pond.

We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and knows their way around a computer. Experience with online bidding, proposals, permits, applications, and business paperwork would be a big plus.

Someone who understands the pros and cons of different bidding opportunities, can read through requirements, keep track of deadlines, and help make sure everything is filled out correctly would be ideal.

This could be a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the paperwork side of the construction/excavating business while helping a growing company stay organized and find new opportunities.
