Don't forget the mandatory Term Life Insurance policy the lender will require. Also, remember to get the SBA Collateral Assignment properly completed & approved by the SBA.

Both of these steps are often overlooked until the end of the loan. If not handled properly it can cause delays - sometimes significant delays. We do both M&A AND Term Life & SBA Collateral Assignment.
