Today, members of the Martin County Sheriff’s Office, Martin County Fire Rescue, Jupiter Island and Stuart Police Department, local dignitaries, and guests joined together for the ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrating the renovations to our Dispatch Telecommunications Center, which serves the citizens of Martin County.

The center is the hub for our hardworking and dedicated dispatchers, who work tirelessly behind the scenes 24 hours a day, seven days a week, ensuring effective communication with our deputies, firefighters, and rescue personnel.

This upgraded communications center features advanced technology that will help us better serve and protect our community by improving coordination, response times, and communication during emergencies.

We are grateful for the hard work and commitment of everyone who helped make this project possible.

Upgrading a 24/7 operations center isn’t easy… especially when it can’t stop running. ✈

At Chicago O'Hare International Airport, the Operations Control Center had been in use for over 20 years and was ready for a major upgrade.

From working around complex infrastructure to supporting multiple critical teams like police, fire, and security, this project required a lot of coordination and creativity.

Our team designed a fully customized solution focused on ergonomics, efficiency, and real-world functionality. Even better, the installation was completed with a live cutover, so operations never skipped a beat.

The end result is a modern space that works better, feels better, and supports the people behind some of the most important work there is. 💚
