Construction is nearing completion at Crete-Monee Middle School as the existing amphitheater is reimagined into a two-story classroom addition with five new classrooms and collaborative small-group learning spaces, set to welcome students this August.

LVS is partnering with ESI Power and BEAR Construction Company to provide the structured cabling and intercom/clock systems that will keep these new learning environments connected, informed, and ready for the next generation of students.

Another project taking shape, and another opportunity to help build the infrastructure behind a high-performing space.

LVS is currently on site at a new facility for one of the health tech industry’s leading companies, working alongside our partners at Skitch Electric Company to deliver the structured cabling, sound masking, and fire alarm systems throughout the project. Construction is being led by Morgan / Harbour Construction as the vision continues to come to life.

The technology infrastructure plays a major role in how these facilities operate every day. Proud to be part of bringing that foundation to life and helping to create a safer, more functional environment for teams on site.

How it started vs. how it's going at 2111 S. Wabash 👉

A look back at one of our Chicago high-rise residential projects from 2020, Aspire Residences in the South Loop. Power Construction + UJAMAA Construction led the construction process of the 24-story, 275-unit apartment tower to meet the demand for rental housing in the McCormick Square and Motor Row entertainment districts.

LVS provided integrated low-voltage systems alongside Shamrock Electric Co., Inc. supporting everything from connectivity and life safety to security and resident amenities.
