Silver Thread is an 8-acre, sustainably farmed vineyard that was established in 1982 on the east side of Seneca Lake and the estate winery has been in operation since 1991. The winery produces small quantities of premium vinifera wines, including Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Gewurztraminer and Cabernet Franc. The winery is rated among the top artisanal wineries in the Finger Lakes by Huffington Post and its wines are highly rated by Wine Spectator and Wine Enthusiast.

The Silver Thread Winegarden will be CLOSED on Saturday, August 22nd for a wedding!

Instead, our vineyard estate tasting room (1401 Caywood Road) will be open from 12-4pm for walk-in tastings. Proceeds from these tastings will be donated to the Lodi Food4All Community Pantry!
