Suárez Wines and Market

Suárez Wines and Market This is the new page for Suárez Wines and Market. We're an upstart market and winery/cidery. Our market opens in May. Now we wait.

We finished planting 1500 new cider and dessert apples. As they say, "We will sell no wine before its time."

Colorado’s best camping weekends deserve the best hot chocolate and hearty meals.

Late August brings warm days, cooler nights, and the kind of campfire meals that start with real local food — Colorado corn, watermelons, field-grown tomatoes, potatoes, roasted green chile, and Palisade freestone fruit.

Grill the corn. Roast the potatoes. Slice the tomatoes. Add green chile made with our Green Chile Spice Mix to breakfast burritos. Pack watermelon for the cooler. Bring Palisade peaches for campfire dessert.

Don't forget our Mexican Hot Chocolate Mix, Not too sweet S'mores Popcorn Balls and Market bakes. Get to the market early because the bakes go fast.

We’ll be open with special weekend hours:
Friday: 11 AM–6 PM
Saturday: 8 AM–3 PM
No Labor Day weekend market hours. Come stock up this Friday and Saturday.

We’re back this weekend, and the farm is starting to feel like it’s turning the corner.

The mornings are a little cooler. The first apples are coming in. Pueblo chile is here. Palisade peaches are still holding their place on the bench. After weeks of heat, the garden is ready for a second wind — and so are we.

This weekend, we’ll have Ginger Gold and Gala apples, Rocky Ford melons, Pueblo chile, Palisade peaches, local red potatoes, the first winter squash, late-summer perennials, roses, pantry favorites, and our small-batch Preserves, Conserves & Cures.

The perennials are especially beautiful right now for filling in tired spots after the heat. Beds, borders, porch pots, and patio corners can all use a little late-summer color.

Come walk the bench, see what’s changed, and bring home the first taste of fall.

We’re back this weekend — and the heirloom tomatoes 🍅 are ready for their moment.

These are our field-grown heirloom tomatoes — not hydroponic, but grown in sun-soaked fields where real tomato flavor has time to build. They’re full, juicy, colorful, and made for the best kind of late-summer eating: thick tomato sandwiches, fresh salsa, caprese salads, roasted sauces, or sliced simply with salt and olive oil.

The bench is shifting into harvest season, and we’ll also have heirloom bell peppers, Pueblo chile, Rocky Ford cantaloupe, Palisade fruit, late-summer perennials, roses, and early apples.

🌻Summer is still pouring in, fall is starting to show, and Suárez Market is back.
