To our clients and community,
Over the past year, Boson Investigations experienced challenges that temporarily affected communication and operations. During this time, I went through a pregnancy early 2025 that resulted in a C-section delivery December 2025 and a longer recovery period than expected, which significantly impacted my health and ability to manage day-to-day operations.
During that period, I made the decision to leave certain responsibilities of the business in the hands of a team that, in hindsight, was not fully prepared for the level of responsibility required. That decision ultimately falls on me. If I had used better judgment at the time, I would not have delegated critical aspects of my business in that way. As the owner, I take full accountability for that mistake.
My intention has always been to provide ethical, professional, and results-driven investigative services. I want to be clear that Boson Investigations has never intentionally taken payment from clients without the intent to perform the work agreed upon. However, I understand that gaps in communication and delays may have caused some clients to feel that way, and for that I sincerely apologize.
Over the past several weeks, I have taken time to step back and rebuild the internal structure of my business so that situations like this do not happen again. As part of this process:
• Our client communication policy is being completely revamped to ensure clear and consistent updates.
• New procedures are being implemented for scheduling, reporting, and response times.
• Internal oversight is being strengthened so that all cases remain directly accountable to my leadership.
• Additional operational systems are being put in place so clients always have a reliable point of contact.
My phone has been temporarily powered off while I worked through restructuring these processes, retraining my team and new team members, and focusing on current cases that need closing. As I resume operations, I will be reaching out to any clients who still have pending questions or matters so they can be addressed directly and professionally.
Boson Investigations has proudly served this community for years, and I remain fully committed to rebuilding trust through transparency, accountability, and high-quality investigative work. I will be working with several different agencies to revamp and reconstruct every aspect of my business.
