You manifest constantly, this how you do it consciously:
Starting your day working on your emotions and thoughts, will allow you to shift your energy and broadcasting higher frequencies that you will experience also in your outer life and create the reality you experience.
When you approach manifestation in a ta***ic way, you live out of love and instead of focusing solely on the outcome, you decide to enjoy every moment for the sake of experiencing pleasure and love.
Instead of waiting for the peak moment to experience that, you live greatly everyday and notice that actually the outcome is already there.

Love is always the 🔑

A man's path to love unfolds in the sacred dance with the feminine. But the feminine has to be able to embody her grounded presence and become Love, to be able to guide him to it.
The way a woman guides him is not by imposing herself as the teacher but becoming herself Love and irradiating so much light that it's inevitable to see her. She becomes then a lighthouse in the dark night.
Everytime a woman acts from her fears (chasing, controlling, forcing, shrinking), she is not acting as Love and disconnects from her power.
If we speak about polarities, a man has his positive polarity (+) in the ge****ls and negative polarity (-) in the heart. A woman is exactly the opposite. She has her positive charge in the heart and her role is to be active in her heart space and guiding from there. Instead she is the receiver in her womb. A woman is the vessel to receive but actually is not a passive receiver. She has to tune into her heart, and guiding from Love, she allows her men to alchemize his lower instincts, to connect to love and his heart and to provide for her after he is awakened to love.
When the sacred feminine guides from love, the sacred masculine awakes and they merge into divine union.

LOVE is so powerful and greater than any other emotion, any problem, or any conflict. This exercise let you co-regulate your nervous systems and allows you to tap into The Love Field that is inside of you and between you two. After you stop being reactive and reconnect to love which is your true essence, everything that comes from that is surely good!
Use this every time you need to reset and recharge. It's also amazing doing before making love to set the energetic space. And is powerful to solve conflicts in a few minutes because you can use this exercise to center before talking about the conflict resolution.

In conflicts or arguments everyone plays a part and of course everyone is responsible for their own triggers and reactions. But if we speak from the wound and from the need to fix them, we will not create a good environment for the person to receive us and our words. We think that talking things through is the best, and it is actually, but the problem is not talking or the words you use --> is the energy behind!
If the energy of your words is wound/pain/anger/control you will just foster division and conflicts.

➡️ So, how to choose love and stop the conflict?

You have to do an energy work to clean your energy before speaking and this is how I do it:

🔸️Taking a moment for myself to center myself in the heart, let go of thoughts about the situation and breathe deeply.

🔸️ Feeling my emotions and ask myself what they are showing that I have to see about myself (otherwise we blame others of our emotions).

🔸️ Instead of abandoning myself and forcing the things to change outside or in the other person to feel safer and better, I give that to me.

🔸️ Then, I remember the love I feel toward the other person and set the energy and intention to speak from my heart and from love instead than from the wound and pain.

A man that lives in a conscious way is different and wants very different things when it comes to sexuality. He lives sexuality in a conscious, sacred and ta***ic way. Or at least he wants to learn how to live and approach the union with a partner in this way. In western countries, culturally we are not educated to this type of presence and embodiment.
