At The Laundry Truck LA, our work with veterans is centered on dignity, consistency, and care. Access to clean clothing is a basic necessity, yet for many veterans experiencing hardship, it can be difficult to maintain. Through our mobile laundry services, we work to remove that barrier and create moments of relief, confidence, and stability. To date, we have completed 816 loads of laundry for veterans and served 605 individuals - and counting. 🧺

Each load represents more than a service; it is a meaningful act of respect and recognition for those who have served our country. We remain committed to showing up week after week to ensure our veterans are supported in tangible, human-centered ways that restore dignity and reinforce care. 🩵

This Nurses Week, we want to honor every nurse — and recognize that hygiene plays a powerful role in everyday wellness.

Clean clothing is one of the most overlooked basics of everyday wellness — and one of the hardest to access for our unhoused neighbors.

The Laundry Truck LA was built on this belief: that providing laundry is a crucial first step toward restoring dignity, enhancing mental health, and improving hygiene for our unhoused community and neighbors in need.

Healthcare partners — hospitals, clinics, nursing programs — let’s work together. Have a site with a water hookup? DM us about hosting the truck.
