Bonita Flats Farm and Vineyard Winery, Vineyard and Farm Bonita Flats Farm and Vineyard was started by Art and Melissa Delgado in 2016. All produce is grown using organic practices.

The farm is a total of 16 acres located east of Los Fresnos, Texas, a mile 1/2 north of Highway 100 on FM 3069. (Turn at Bobz World)

The Spring of 2017 we planted our first acre of Blanc Du Bois, a white grape that does very well in our area. We added 2.5 more acres of various grape varieties in March of 2022. We opened our doors to the winery March 12th of 2022 with three wines, a Trebbiano

, a Dolcetto Rose and a Chenin Blanc. We have dedicated 1 1/2 acres and 4 greenhouses to growing a variety of fresh vegetables and herbs.

Harvest season is officially underway! 🍇 Last week, we harvested our first load of Blanc du Bois grapes from Rio Farms Inc . From harvest to crush to the start of fermentation, we’re excited to continue the 2026 harvest season at Bonita Flats. Here’s to another vintage in the making! 🍷
