I have found few people who deeply love nature more than hunters, trappers, fishermen, and taxidermists. We are committed to the preservation of wildlife through scientifically supported wildlife management.

As our 26th president said, “In a civilized and cultivated country, wild animals only continue to exist at all when preserved by sportsmen. The excellent people who protest against all hunting, and consider sportsmen as enemies of wildlife, are ignorant of the fact that in reality the genuine sportsman is by all odds the most important factor in keeping the larger and more valuable wild creatures from total extermination.”

Hunting, trapping and fishing contribute more to the preservation and funding of wildlife conservation, habitat restoration, protection, anti-poaching initiatives, research, and endangered species protection than most people realize. Since the implementation of the 1937 Pittman-Robertson Act (at the request of hunters that WANTED to fund conservation), hunters have contributed more than $25 billion, significantly more than any non-profit or environmental agency. This funding structure is part of the North American Model of Wildlife Conservation and has produced the greatest wildlife conservation success story in human history. No other continent has achieved comparable species recoveries while maintaining public hunting and fishing access.

We won't apologize for helping to fund these initiatives by supporting legal hunters and trappers who do their part in responsibly managing our wildlife.

To my fellow taxidermists and creators, don't stop making beautiful things and rest easy knowing your work helps to fund wildlife conservation!
