Stacey Rhodes, is the proud owner and chief taxidermist of this unique establishment. At Lone Star Trophies Taxidermy we focus on quality workmanship for all of your trophies big and small. From Hwy 97 take TX 478 onto Atascosa County Road #101. We are located 1.5 miles from Hwy 97. We are on the Atascosa County and Wilson County Line. Signage is displayed so you don’t miss us.

When you get a mount done you aren't just paying for a mount to be done. You are also paying for materials/form, time to skin out, horn/antler preparation, professional tanning, and all the after tanning prep work that goes into getting your mount complete. Here at Lone Star Trophies Taxidermy we strive to ensure that when your item is mounted you are getting the best mount. We take time to prep the hide before and after mounting. Behind the wonderful mount is a lot of time and attention to detail.

We are working on prepping and test fitting several hides today.
