A beautiful show barn on the Connecticut shoreline, Cedar Brook Farm, LLC offers quality hunter/jumper instruction for beginner through advanced level riders of all ages. Riders compete in local to AA-rated shows and prestigious finals in the fall such as The National Horse Show(KY) and The Washington Int'l Horse show, along with other horse shows all over the east coast. A lighted indoor arena allows for year-round riding within this well-maintained full-service boarding facility.

Now Hiring: Assistant Trainer / Barn Manager (Full-Time)
📍 Madison, CT

Cedar Brook Farm is looking for a motivated, reliable professional to join our team! This full-time role includes teaching lessons, managing daily barn operations, occasional riding, and general farm responsibilities. Work alongside head trainer Kristi Smith and gain hands-on experience in a high-level training program.

Requirements:
• Prior barn experience
• Strong work ethic & organization
• References required

Over the years, we’ve been fortunate to know some truly special horses. Today felt like the right time to honor two of them who we had to say goodbye to recently.

“Narragansett” aka Linus, owned and loved by the Osorio family, and “Harley”, owned and loved by Brenda Zambrello, each brought their own unique spirit, personality, and joy to our farm.

We remember them with gratitude for the many good years we shared, for the love that surrounded them throughout their lives, and we hold the Osorio family, the Zambrellos, and everyone who loved them, close in our thoughts as we send love in remembrance of these beloved horses. ❤️
