Preserving the historical details such as the oak door and built-in were part of our mission as we transformed this Larhmont Victorian. We removed a wall between a narrow hall and adjacent room, refinished the original floors and painted the space in a crisp white: a perfect contrast to the rich graining of the oak components in the space. 📸
