We are excited that Billy Risseeuw has joined the Milestone team as our new Midstream Operations Manager and look forward to the leadership, experience, and knowledge he brings to the group.

Billy began his career in the construction industry right after graduating high school and has spent the past 17 years working in the oil and gas industry. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience in the Midstream Sector, including pipeline, terminal, meter, and compressor station construction. His background also includes inspection, routing, design, constructability, and safety. Over the years, Billy has held several positions including Construction Manager, Superintendent, Assistant Chief, Safety Manager, and Civil, Utility, and Coating Inspector.

Billy is eager to contribute to the team, works collaboratively with others, and helps wherever he can. We are excited to have him onboard and look forward to the impact he will make at Milestone. Outside of work, Billy enjoys spending time outdoors, cooking, and being with his kids.

The General Manager of the Milestone Industrial Division is responsible for leading the strategic growth, operational ex*****on, and overall performance of the division. This role combines executive leadership with hands-on project oversight, requiring deep expertise in midstream and downstream construction, decommissioning, and industrial project management.

The General Manager will build and lead a high-performing team while ensuring successful delivery of complex projects across safety, budget, and schedule targets. Milestone Industrial Construction Management and Milestone Industrial Inspectors both report to this GM.
