🚧 Project Update from 3 Pillars Contracting 🚧

The first loads of fill are officially on site and the next phase of this project is underway!

Today was all about trucking in fill material and starting the process of building the site up to subgrade for the future driveway and shop area. There's still a lot more material to bring in, but we're making steady progress and laying the foundation for what's to come.

Once we reach grade and complete the necessary compaction, we'll be ready to move into the next phase of the project. Big transformations start with solid groundwork, and that's exactly what we're focused on right now.

🚧 Project Complete at Maple Tavern! 🍁

We’re proud to officially wrap up this transformation at Maple Tavern.

What started as an aging wall has been completely revitalized with new veneer stone, giving the entire entrance a fresh, modern look while maintaining the character of this local landmark. From demolition and prep work to the final stone installation, every detail was completed with durability, craftsmanship, and appearance in mind.

The finished product not only enhances curb appeal but creates a welcoming entrance that will look great for years to come.

🚜🌲 Big progress on this future shop site! 🌲🚜

We just about wrapped up the first phase of this project by clearing out the wooded area, removing and cleaning up all the leftover mulch and tree debris, and opening up a massive area for a future shop and large Class 5 driveway.

What started as a heavily wooded section of the property is now a clean, open site ready for construction to move forward.

The next phase kicks off next week. We'll be hauling in a large amount of fill dirt, compacting it properly, and bringing the entire site up to grade in preparation for the Class 5 driveway installation.

It's always rewarding to watch a project take shape from the ground up, and we're excited to keep this one moving forward. Stay tuned for updates as we continue transforming this property.

Another project in the books! 🌲🦌

We recently opened up this property with new shooting lanes to help create better visibility and improve hunting opportunities for the upcoming deer season.

Using our equipment, we carefully cleared brush, trees, and overgrowth to maximize usable hunting space while keeping the natural beauty of the property intact.

Finished up the grading work and got everything smoothed out, cleaned up, and ready for grass. Proper grading is what sets the foundation for a great-looking yard — helping with drainage, creating a clean finish, and getting everything ready for the next step.
