🚨 Why does sales leadership training keep failing your team?

Hint: It's not the curriculum. It's not the trainer. It's not even motivation.

It's accountability - or the complete lack of it after the training ends.

Here's what I see over and over: Companies invest in sales leadership training, managers leave inspired, and then absolutely nothing changes two weeks later. Why? Because inspiration without accountability is just a really good day out of the office.
