Words from my heart, for my socials -
When I decided to start Crowned Perfection Consulting/Pageant Perfection Coaching, I never imagined the growth, the success and the community that would be built from a “silly little side hustle.” (Not my words but spoken to me) I have been apart of pageants for almost 30 years, and my favorite part was of course competing, making my own village, and that’s what I wanted to create with CPC/PPC. I have been burnt out and mentally exhausted with my job since the spring of last year and lost that spark and passion for coaching then and have felt like I was just trudging through mud at every pageant, every session, every phone call or every decision. When I had surgery in March, I was forced into resting for almost two months before I could even drive again, let alone coach and prepare girls for the nationals season - and if you can do the math, this meant during peak season when these girls needed to prep, I couldn’t do it. And since that moment of rest, I just couldn’t bear to log into zoom, log into Instagram, log into Facebook messenger. Although I may have not taken the best measures to communicate that PPC would be closing, and for that I am deeply apologetic for to any and all clients, past and present as well as sponsorships, but if you are taking on whatever mental battles you may be dealing with, sometimes you just have to raise your hands and say, I’m done. We wish so much love and success to every single former student who may be competing now, next week or whenever in the future. I will forever root for your success because of how much I have loved each of you and hope your dreams come true! This is not a farewell, but a long see you later to the coaching aspect of my pageant journey. 🩷, Rhiannon
