2026 RV Services and Prices:

As a certified rv technician, Simply Fixed offers the same quality service as an RV dealer without the inflated dealer prices. I also offer the convenience of on-site service.

RV Roof Inspection: $40
A comprehensive examination of your RV's roof, sealer, vents, fans, gutters, decking, and transition strips, with recommendations for any necessary services or repairs.

RV Roof Maintenance: $75
Includes an RV roof inspection and basic spot sealing as needed.

RV Roof Maintenance Plus: $200
Includes inspection, basic roof wash with UV protection cleaner, and spot sealing as needed. **

RV Roof Crud Cutter: $275
Includes RV roof maintenance plus with an additional pre-wash using detergents to remove heavy dirt, light stains, and mold. **

RV Roof Repairs: Labor priced per quote, plus parts and materials.

Vent Fan Replacement: $135 plus parts (manual or powered).

Vent Fan lid replacement: $60 plus parts.

Maxxair Vent Cover Installation or Replacement: $40 plus parts.

Plumbing Vents and Antennas Replacement: $60 plus parts.

A/C Service: $125 per unit:
Includes inspection, efficiency test, coil and filter cleaning.

A/C Replacement: $225 per unit plus parts. *

WINTERIZATION
$125 (base)

Additional fixtures:
Clothes washer: +$10
Ice maker: +$10
Outdoor kitchen: +$5
Additional antifreeze: +$7 per gallon.
(Includes 1 gallon of antifreeze)

New:
RV Watch: $30 per visit.
We will visit your RV site or storage area, inspect your unit for any damages, take pictures, and provide you with a report.

Emergency Service Repair Call: $30 minimum charge per call plus parts and labor.

** Roof maintenance services: Additional charge applies for larger RV's @ $3 per foot over 25 feet.
** Roof packages include 1 tube of sealer. Additional sealer: $15 per tube.
** Roof maintenance plus and crud cutter service requires water hookup at the RV location.
* Environmental charge of $10 applies to all A/C replacements.

Today was clean water day! Took out the old 2.5x10" filter and installed a 4.5x10" 2 stage filter set with whole house UV sanitizer.... in a fun to work 24" limited space closet. 👍
