Bug Zappers is a family owned and operated business founded in 1989 and currently covers from Sacramento to San Jose and the Los Angeles, Laguna Beach and San Diego area. Being family owned gives us the ability to have personal one on one relationships with all of our customers. We are dedicated in providing our customers with only the highest quality of pest control service that we can provide. Meet the Business Owner: Eric H. After completing a tour in the United States Marine Corps, Eric joined the family business started by Glen and Liz Hakes. After a short period Eric knew he had a love for the industry and the drive to be the best at it. In 1996 Eric also started a commercial Janitorial Company called Power Cleaners to co-exist with the pest control service. In 2004, Eric purchased Bug Zappers Pest Control and has offices in the Bay Area and Southern California.
