Exciting news for Bellwood. A new project at 739 25th Ave is moving forward with a total investment of $5,715,000 for the Cement Masons Union Local 502 Union Hall project. By utilizing the West Regional Enterprise Zone, this development is projected to save an estimated $280,974.00 in building materials.

This is another strong example of how the Enterprise Zone supports smart investment, reduces project costs, and helps fuel economic growth across our region.

Big things are happening in Bellwood IL.

A major transformation is unfolding on 25th Avenue as a long-standing 300,000 square foot building is cleared to make way for a new, modern 200,000 square foot facility. By utilizing the Zone this project stands to save upwards to $281,000.00 in building material costs.

The village is writing a new chapter and momentum is building. Opportunities are growing and progress is taking shape right in front of us. Gotta love the smell of new construction.
