The West Regional Enterprise Zone was proud to attend Broadview’s Juneteenth celebration this weekend.

It was a meaningful opportunity to come together with residents, local partners, and community leaders to recognize the importance of Juneteenth and the continued commitment to progress, unity, and opportunity across our communities.

We appreciate being part of such a strong and engaged community and look forward to continuing to support local growth and development throughout the region.

Exciting things are brewing in Melrose Park!

Dutch Bros Coffee is officially open and already bringing great energy (and even better coffee) to the community. This new location is a perfect example of how strategic development and strong partnerships can drive local growth.

With a $1,100,000 total investment, Dutch Bros was able to save $28,215 on building materials through the Enterprise Zone program.

I’m happy the Enterprise Zone was able to support this project and officially welcome Dutch Bros to the community!

Exciting news for Bellwood. A new project at 739 25th Ave is moving forward with a total investment of $5,715,000 for the Cement Masons Union Local 502 Union Hall project. By utilizing the West Regional Enterprise Zone, this development is projected to save an estimated $280,974.00 in building materials.

This is another strong example of how the Enterprise Zone supports smart investment, reduces project costs, and helps fuel economic growth across our region.
