We are delighted to welcome Go Eun Kang, President of Omni Financial Risk Management Inc., to the Asian American Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors!

With a distinguished career in business and a deep commitment to community, Elaine brings a unique blend of entrepreneurial leadership, advocacy, and service. The Asian American Chamber of Commerce (AACC) is proud to announce the launch of the NextGen Committee, a new initiative dedicated to strengthening the Chamber's community of emerging professionals and preparing the next generation of business leaders.

The NextGen Committee was established to create a sustainable leadership community for emerging Asian American professionals and business leaders. We aspire to provide a place where people can build meaningful relationships and learn from one another, including those who have already helped pave the way. Through mentorship and professional development, NextGen will create opportunities for people to grow their careers and businesses while opening doors for those coming behind them. As that community grows, we hope to cultivate future leaders who remain connected to the Chamber and contribute to the strength of the broader Asian American business community.

Over the coming months, the Committee will begin engaging with the Chamber community through existing AACC programs while laying the groundwork for future initiatives. One of our early priorities will be reconnecting the 40 Under 40 alumni network and creating opportunities for those relationships to continue beyond the recognition program.

As NextGen grows, we welcome those who want to connect with others, invest in future leaders, or contribute to the Asian American business community. We look forward to sharing more participation opportunities in the months ahead.
