NVBCC was honored to receive a proclamation recognizing **Black Business Month** from Prince William County Board of Supervisors Chair Deshundra Jefferson.

As we celebrate 18 years of serving Northern Virginia, we are proud to have approximately 150 members in Prince William County and to continue advocating for and creating opportunities for Black owned businesses across our region.

Thank you, Chair Jefferson and Prince William County, for recognizing the contributions of our Black business community.

The program is designed to equip rising leaders, early-career professionals, entrepreneurs, and community volunteers with the skills and connections needed to lead with confidence and purpose.

Reaching this milestone did not happen overnight.

And it did not happen by chance.

It was built through years of consistency, partnership, service, advocacy, and people who believed this organization was worth investing in and worth sustaining.

Northern Virginia is evolving.
