600 members.

That number represents more than growth for the Northern Virginia Black Chamber of Commerce.

It represents trust.
It represents presence.

It represents an institution that continues to grow its influence across Northern Virginia because businesses and leaders see value in what is being built here.

In a region where relationships, access, and visibility matter, this organization continues to create space for Black businesses, professionals, and underserved entrepreneurs to connect, lead, and flourish.

Reaching this milestone did not happen overnight.

And it did not happen by chance.

It was built through years of consistency, partnership, service, advocacy, and people who believed this organization was worth investing in and worth sustaining.

Northern Virginia is evolving.
And so are we.

Still growing.
Still building.
Still moving forward.

Thank you for being part of this journey!

The Northern Virginia Black Chamber of Commerce’s 4th Annual NVBCC Corporate Leadership Summit was a powerful and timely conversation about leadership, innovation, AI, and the future of business.

From AI risk and organizational readiness to intellectual property and protecting innovation, our presenters challenged attendees to think differently about how businesses prepare for a rapidly changing environment.

One message that continued to stand out throughout the event was this:

We must learn not only how to utilize AI, but also how to humanize it.

Technology is evolving quickly, but human insight, authenticity, trust, relationships, and critical thinking still matter. The discussion was not just about embracing AI, but about leading responsibly while preserving the human side of business.

A special thank you to our presenters:
• Dr. Annie Greene
• Dr. Veronica Lawrence-Ortega of Inclusivity EQ, LLC
• Christopher Bennett, Esq. of T-I-L® Group & IPRights4All®

We also want to thank our sponsor, Virginia Minority Chambers, Inc., along with our partners, Board Directors, volunteers, and attendees who helped make this event such a success.

Christopher Bennett

Christopher Bennett is a social entrepreneur, legal innovator, and technology strategist working at the intersection of intellectual property, innovation, and emerging technologies. As the founder of IPRights4All® and the creator of the T-I-L® brand, Chris is focused on making intellectual property rights more useful by increasing awareness, accessibility, affordability, and availability of a potential return on investment in the user's terms for creatives, entrepreneurs, and underserved communities. His work combines legal insight, innovation, and mission-driven entrepreneurship to help individuals protect and scale the value of their ideas in the digital economy.

Through T-I-L® and its affiliated social impact law initiatives, as of 2023, Chris had helped more than 100 creatives and emerging entrepreneurs navigate intellectual property protections, contributing to an estimated $43 million in generated financial value. Building on these insights, he launched IPRights4All in 2024, a legal tech startup developing an AI- and blockchain-enabled SaaS platform designed to democratize access to IP rights and legal resources. Backed by pre-seed funding from 1863 Ventures (now New Majority Ventures) and the District of Columbia and funding through the African Diaspora Network's "ABLE" Program, the company launched its minimum viable product and graduated from the Penn West Innovation / Founder Institute Accelerator in Washington, DC.

A lifelong learner and systems thinker, Chris specializes in creating sustainable, data-driven business models that deliver measurable social and economic impact. His vision is rooted in reducing structural barriers to innovation while empowering creators to participate more fully in the global economy. Through entrepreneurship, legal technology, and community partnerships, he continues to advocate for a future where intellectual property rights are accessible to all.
