One of the best parts of leading Foundations isn't teaching.
It's getting a front-row seat to incredible business owners who care deeply about what they do.
This semester, I've had the privilege of working alongside:
⭐ Gina Betti - Edward Jones
⭐ Tim Bullock - Union Home Mortgage
⭐ Joe Arellano - DTC Auto Center
⭐ Michael Mizer - Girschworks Digital
⭐ Barb Frank - HealthMarkets
⭐ James Koorey - Move My Mess
⭐ Julie Katz - Extra Daughter
These aren't struggling business owners trying to figure out where to start.
They're already serving clients well, leading teams, solving problems, and building businesses that matter.
What impresses me most isn't their success, it’s their growth mindset!
Every session, they show up with questions, ideas, challenges, and insights that make everyone in the room better. They openly share what's working, what's not, and what they're learning along the way.
The reality is that even the best athletes in the world have coaches.
Not because they're failing, but because they're committed to improving.
Business ownership can be lonely. Foundations gives entrepreneurs a place to step out of the day-to-day, think strategically, learn from peers who understand the journey, and build a stronger business on purpose.
To this group: thank you for trusting me, challenging me, and making every session better than the last.
And if you're a business owner who's wondering what it would look like to grow alongside a room full of people like this, applications for the next Foundations cohort are open.
