It may seem small, but it makes a huge impact for our quality of work and safety! 💻🌲
We use a data base (CRM) that allows us to send our clients documents, pictures and other important information that pertains to their job. (Road closure, Dig safe etc.)
👷♂️This database also allows us to invite employees to see certain information for the job to be completed correctly and safely. (Septic location, Job details etc.)
For example, employees will know where the hazards are and the job description before being on site. For large scale jobs it makes everything more efficient!
Most importantly, it removes the risk of miscommunication which in our industry could result in someone getting seriously hurt or killed. 🦺⛑️
