Valerie is an orthopelvic physical therapist who helps women feel supported through every stage of life 🙌🏼
 
Her work was born from her own experiences navigating injuries as an athlete and struggling to find the kind of integrated care she needed as a new mom!
 
Now, she’s created the kind of care she wishes she had ✨
 
While she helps women get out of pain, her approach goes far beyond that… Valerie focuses on creating full plans of care that help women get back to doing the things they truly want to do and feel confident doing them 💪🏼
 
She’s currently expanding her space and bringing other women-owned services into one convenient, accessible location designed to better support women in our community 🥹
