Originally from Venezuela, this beauty queen competed in the country's Miss Venezuela contest while also earning a degree in international business from the Universidad Alejandro de Humboldt. Today, she brings her poise, class, intellect, and positive attitude into the majestic world of Miami real estate. More than a decade ago, Ysabel moved to Miami out of a love for its multicultural atmosphere
and posh lifestyle. She developed a natural talent for helping people find the home of their dreams and soon thereafter began her incredible career as a real estate agent. At first, Ysabel worked in commercial real estate and eventually transitioned to residential real estate sales. Upon the real estate boom of the early 2000's, she moved in-house to work directly with developers in the preconstruction sale of high-class condominium buildings from Brickell to Miami Beach. This experience gave her an advantageous insight into the development process, which she carries with her today. Whether it's identifying the investment value of a commercial property or creating a lifestyle through a residential property, Ysabel has a tremendous talent for helping her clients make the best long-term decisions. From the onset of her career, Ysabel has continuously demonstrated her deep understanding of a multitude of cultures and the challenges that international clients face in relocation purchases. Her extraordinary and seemingly effortless ability to make an impact on the lives of her clients has not only earned her recognition among her peers (she beat out more than 2,600 realtors to win the "Rookie of the Year" award), but has more importantly, created friendships out of client relationships. While Ysabel love showing off Miami's remarkable lifestyle and building relationships, she is also extremely intelligent when it comes to the business side of a real estate deal. This is because she believes that in real estate, knowledge is everything even more important than location. Not only is Ysabel a licensed mortgage broker, she has earned such accolades as the Real Estate Owned (REO) Specialist designation. Presented by the American Real Estate University, the REO Specialist certification is awarded to less than 1% of all real estate licensees who have met educational and testing requirements in the areas of foreclosures and short sales. When she is not helping clients find the perfect home, she enjoys traveling to different countries. Her goal is to visit two new countries every year. Ysabel also spends time contributing to such organizations as the Miami Performing Arts Center, National Parkinson Association and the Children's Cancer Association.
