Your next content topic may be a question from a recent sales conversation.

Review permitted, anonymized notes and ask AI to group the recurring questions. Choose one your team can answer from experience.

For a logistics business, that could be what information makes an inquiry easier to assess. For an accounting firm, it might be how to prepare for an introductory meeting.

Have the subject expert supply the answer. A useful explanation can help a prospective client arrive better prepared for the conversation.

Which client interaction becomes more valuable when a person gives it time?

A routine status draft may be a reasonable AI task. A conversation about a difficult decision deserves attention from someone who understands the relationship.

Where would you protect that personal contact as your firm grows?

Before AI edits your client update, add the facts only your team knows.

Then ask it to remove repetition and identify unclear wording. Check that the edit preserves uncertainty, open questions, and the commitments you actually made.

Ask your experienced administrator to explain a routine task as if a new colleague were starting tomorrow.

Use AI to suggest follow-up questions: what information is needed, what commonly goes wrong, and when should someone ask for help? Keep the example fictional or approved for the tool.

Turn the explanation into a draft procedure, then have the administrator correct it.

Their experience supplies the substance. The exercise can help make that knowledge available to the rest of the team without asking the same person to repeat it every day.

Some computers on your production floor may hit a deadline next week.

Windows 10 Enterprise LTSB 2016 and Windows 10 IoT Enterprise 2016 LTSB, often found on shop-floor PCs, kiosks, and workstations that sit next to equipment, reach end of support on October 13. After that, they stop receiving security updates unless an extended update option is in place.

Those are usually the machines nobody touches because they work. Until one of them is the reason the line is waiting.

On a plant floor, downtime isn’t really measured in minutes. It’s measured in orders that shift, people standing around, and shipments that go out late.

Do you know which floor workstations are running what, and which ones your production schedule can’t run without?

If you’re not sure which floor machines are affected, send our team a message. We’ll help you figure out where to look.

What do people keep coming to you to explain?

How to prepare a client update, where to find the current instructions, or what happens after a new inquiry?

For a growing Miami business, that repetition can reveal a useful place to start with AI. Which explanation would you like your team to have at hand? Tell me below.

If there’s a server in a closet at your office, it’s worth checking what it’s running.

Windows Server 2016 reaches the end of extended support on January 12, 2027. After that date, the regular security updates stop.

For many owner-led businesses, that server holds the shared files, the accounting software, and the one application nobody wants to touch. It’s also the kind of thing nobody plans for until the owner gets a call that something stopped working.

You’re likely setting next year’s budget right now. That’s the right time to decide what gets replaced, what moves to the cloud, and what can wait, rather than making that call in January under pressure.

Less stress usually comes from fewer surprises.

Not sure what that server is running, or what it’s holding?

Send our team a message and we’ll help you sort out what needs attention first.

October 15 is one week away.

For a lot of firms, that’s the final stretch of extension season: late nights, the September 15 rush still fresh, and a few temporary logins that were set up fast and never revisited.

This is when shortcuts start to feel reasonable. A shared password to the tax software. Client files sent from a personal inbox because the portal was slow. A bank-change email approved without a callback because everyone is buried.

None of it feels risky in the moment. It becomes risky after the deadline, when nobody goes back to clean it up.

The week after October 15 is a good time to ask two questions. Who still has access they only needed for the rush? And does your WISP still describe the systems your firm actually uses today?

Send our team a message and tell us what your firm opened up during the rush. We’ll help you figure out what to close before the next deadline.

Some lessons from Nashville. And one lesson in holding on. 😂

Internos is at WatchGuard IMPACT 2026 this week, connecting with other technology leaders and getting a closer look at where security is heading next.

There’s a lot happening around AI, security operations, access, and visibility.

For us, the important part is bringing those conversations back to the businesses we support and asking a simpler question:
What will actually help our clients operate more securely and make better technology decisions?

And apparently, somewhere between those conversations, there was time to test Jairo's mechanical bull skills.

Thanks to WatchGuard Technologies for bringing the community together in Nashville.
