A recent drainage issue project completed. Clients had severe flooding in their basement and a swamp for a yard every rain for many years! Builder did a poor job of grading the yard. We removed concrete pads and walks and replaced at grade. We dug a swale in the yard and hauled out 250 yards of excess dirt. Installed a French drain as a kicker grading everything away from house. New concrete, seed and straw and most of all a DRY BASEMENT for the first time!

Be aware of these rip-off basement waterproofing companies that want to bust up your floor and put a lot of sump pumps in and charge a ton of $. 99% of the the problem is outside and must be addressed that way!
